Ok so there haven't been that many takes, but it sure seems like it. I can't tell you how many times I have started an online blog and never did more than 3 posts, but maybe this time it will stick. I always have good intentions, but I never follow through. Same goes with journaling. Years ago, I bought like 3 journals, each one had there own purpose: one was a dream journal, one a grateful journal (a la Oprah) and the last one, a plain ole this is what's going on in my life journal. Those journals are still in my nightstand. (Maybe some of my future blog entries will be pulled for those journal entries.) Then my dear friend Margaret bought me a journal and it was like journaling for Dummies. This puppy listed out what you were suppose to write in. For instance: what's the weather like, what's in the news today, news with family and friends, what I am excited about, etc. You get the picture. My first entry in that journal was 12/7/2004. My last entry was 4/30/2006. Now I know what you are thinking, you did a great job journaling, right. WRONG! Let me tell you how many entries there are between those dates - 9...that's not a typo...there were a total of 11 entries.
I am hoping that becoming a mother will give me more to write about and share as I will want something to look back on when Dylan gets older. So I ask that as my readers, whoever you are or will be, will hold me accountable and make me post something at least once a week. Can you do that for me?
