Update

Earlier in the week, I posted an article on the ban of reselling clothes and toys without verifying that there is lead in the product. Well, my friend Jill searched for it on snopes.com and to my surprise it is false. While there will be regulations on new products it's not such a strict law on resale of items already in circulation.  This just shocks me as I found so many articles in the press that said otherwise and the pre written letter to legislature defined it as well.  I can't believe it's not all the way legit.  I am happy that it's not though.
