We tried to inch closer and closer, and we were very patient with him.
Finally, we were able to hand him off from my lap to Santa's lap. He wasn't crying and we were able to get a decent pic. (Other than the fact that Santa's beard was a little jacked up.)

When did he come? I wish I would have known... if it was before Montezuma hit then we would have come over... we have missed our token mall pic this year.
