Baby Einstein videos are all the craze. They start for children at 0 months up to 36 months. If you are not familiar with them, they are videos of real life, colorful images set to music or different languages.
I have heard different arguments if they are good for children. Some say they promote cognitve learning while others say it limits learning. To each his own, I let Dylan watch his first one the other day, and he seemed to enjoy it. Now, I won't be letting him watch them all the time, but they are great tools if you need to get something done and to keep the children entertained. All this to say, I call the videos baby crack as the kids zone out and stare at the TV the entire time, like they are on drugs.

That is some very valuable mommy time. It only comes every so often so take it any way you can get it!
Just wait until Dylan gets out of that bouncy seat! All baby crack time will be GONE! HA!!! Oh, how fondly I remember the bouncy seat days........ :-)
We couldn't have survived without Baby einstein...we own every single one of the movies, cds, etc.
Love, love, love them! My kids still listen to the cds at night for bedtime, and would still be glued to the tv if I popped in a dvd...hey there's a thought. Excuse me while I go find that tote in the garage...LOL
